"I was super excited to grow herbs in my new tower garden and purchased Tarragon for this. It has been at least three weeks and none of the seeds have sprouted. My mom has also tried, but no success. We are using sterile media (rock wool cubes), dome covered seed trays, and seed heating pads. Disappointed!"
