Currently, the USDA says that in order for something to be organic it CANNOT be grown with any chemical fertilizers, synthetic substances, irradiation, sewage sludge, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
As long as you start by using Non-GMO seeds in your garden and continue to grow them without using chemical fertilizers, synthetic substances, or irradiation, sewage sludge then technically your garden will be "Organic". What Organic really means?
Being "Organic" means that irradiation, sewage sludge, synthetic fertilizers, prohibited pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMO's) were not used during the growing process.

What is a Genetically Modified seed?

Sweetest Tomato I've ever Tasted

"I didn't want to review until I could actually try this tomato. I have to say, it's the sweetest tomato I've ever tasted. These weren't very prolific (I think around 8 to a plant) but the tomatoes are huge - around a pound each. We had a very wet, cold summer (very few neighbors had surviving tomato plants), so I will attribute to that and see how it goes next year."

"I'm growing the pinapple tomato now and really didn't have high hopes for it as far as taste. I have two that ivpulled from the come yesterday and tastes. Can I say OMG....this tomato was awesome in taste. Very sweet tasting. Not tangy at all. I will say that my tomato looked nothing like the picture on the website...it looked more like a yellow beef steak tomoato. Will be growing more than one next season."
